peopleless person?

feeling a bit anti-social these few days. Well, there's work, but i don't know how to start talking to them working adults (though they are not really THAT old) realised that im quite selfish. =x don't know the comparisons between most things (let's say which type of food is best found where etc.) simple conversational skills have officially left me as i struggle hard to speak of things other than myself =x (feeling very self-centred and unable to shift the focus away.)
